| Bay Auto Care is kind of a dream come true shop. They are extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and definitely not interested in trying to push unnecessary repairs on you. They genuinely seem to understand that repairs can be expensive and worked with me to figure out what had to be done versus what could wait. After my last shop closed, I thought I'd be lost, but it was a blessing in disguise as Bay Auto Care is top notch through and through. |

| In my opinion this is the best auto repair shop in town. They are always completely honest with me before they do any work. They even make me aware of any problems that can happen during or after the repairs. Strongly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get anything done to their vehicles. |

| Bay Auto Care went well above my expectations. Not only were they able to get me in immediately, they did a ton of work that same day. I gave a 5 star rating, because they kept me informed throughout the day as to the status of my car and new issues that were popping up, but more importantly were very upfront about what had to be fixed and what could wait, as well as why and roughly how long the issues might go before they needed to be fixed as well. In the long run I opted to fix pretty much everything and was quite impressed with their ability to finish it all that same day. This is a great shop. |
