| Due to a vibration, I originally stopped in to see if Bay Auto could do a quick test drive to determine if I could still drive my truck to work and, to also setup an appointment to have it fixed. They not only immediately took it for a test drive, they worked me into their schedule that day and had the truck ready for me to pickup that evening - typical of their outstanding service! That's why I keep going back. G T Walton |

| Bay Auto did an excellent job of communicating with me regarding the status of my vehicle. Knowing I had a long trip coming up, Kevin did a very complete inspection of all systems and alerted me of all potential concerns. However, he was good about letting me know which work was essential to safety and reliability versus which work could be delayed in the interest of keeping the charges minimal. I felt like they were honest and had my best interests in mind (which is more than I can typically say about many service centers). |
